On December 7, 2003, 13-year-old Daniel Morcombe stood, waiting for a bus, on Australia’s Sunshine Coast. At 2:15 pm, an express bus passed Daniel. At 2:18 pm, a different bus arrived at the stop. But Daniel was gone. In a span of three minutes, he had mysteriously vanished. Eyewitnesses would tell police that they had seen the young boy, but that he wasn’t alone. There was a man, standing directly behind him.
Finding Daniel is based on a true story. It is a high quality, eight-part mini series, that details the 8 year investigation of the disappearance of Daniel Marcombe.
